Walmart, Two Others Face EEOC Systemic Sex Harassment Claims (1)

Women working at Walmart Inc., Houchens Food Group Inc., and McDonald Oil Co. locations in Florida and Alabama were subjected to systemic sexual harassment, the EEOC charged Tuesday in three separate federal lawsuits.

The lawsuits were leveled at a Walmart store in Defuniak Springs, Fla., Houchens gas stations and convenience stores in Orange Beach, Fairhope, and Spanish Fort, Ala., and a McDonald Oil Pic-N-Sav grocery store in Evergreen, Ala., and all seek relief on behalf of “a class of female employees.”
