Dominion, Maricopa County Rebuff Arizona Election Subpoena (1)

Maricopa County officials won’t provide routers, images of ballot envelopes, and other materials subpoenaed by the Arizona Senate for its partisan audit of the 2020 election and told senators to “stop encouraging conspiracies” in a letter Monday.

The move sets the stage for another confrontation between the two Republican-led bodies over the recount of nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in the race won by President Joe Biden in Arizona’s largest county.
