Blind County Worker’s Transfer Warrants $782,000 Legal Fee Award

Montgomery County, Md., must pay $782,390 in attorneys’ fees and $55,533 in litigation expenses to a blind employee whom a jury found was discriminated against when she wasn’t moved to a new location with her co-workers.
