Alphabet Investors Sue Over Harassment, Google+ Breach

Alphabet Inc.'s officers and directors let a culture of sexual harassment and discrimination flourish at the company and hid a Google+ privacy breach, investors said March 1.

The technology giant’s leadership contributed to and covered up widespread harassment and sex-based discrimination, according to a shareholder derivative suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The company’s officers and directors also allegedly concealed a Google+ flaw that exposed the personal information of half a million users.
