A Pennsylvania construction company faces a proposed $157,169 fine in connection with an incident in which a worker died in a trench collapse.
The Occupational Health and Safety Administration issued citations Nov. 17 to R. A. Monzo Construction Co., based in Latrobe, Pa., following an inspection after the accident at a construction site on May 22.
