Roofer Pleads Not Guilty to Fatality, Lying to OSHA

The owner of a Philadelphia roofing company who allegedly failed to provide fall protection for an employee who fell to his death has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him, according to court documents filed June 19 (United States v. McCullaghplea entered).

James J. McCullagh, owner of James J.
