Prosecutor Scoffs at Fine in NYC Construction Worker Death

The $10,000 criminal fine that Harco Construction LLC paid for its role in the April 2015 death of a construction worker is “Monopoly money” for a corporation of its type, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. said Dec. 20 (People v. Harco Construction LLC, N.Y. Sup. Ct., 01972-2015, sentencing 12/20/16).
