OSHA’s Inspection Weighting System Details Released

Workplace safety inspections expected to result in proposed fines of at least $100,000 or those focused on process safety management or ergonomics will earn the highest number of points under OSHA’s new method for ranking the importance of enforcement actions, according to a memorandum obtained by Bloomberg BNA through the Freedom of Information Act.
