OSHA Recordkeeping Rule Legal Challenge Put on Hold

An industry lawsuit challenging OSHA’s electronic recordkeeping rule is on hold at the request of industry groups and the Trump administration.

Judge David L. Russell of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma ordered the stay July 11, requiring the government to update him every 90 days on the status of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration revising the rule(Nat’l Assoc. of Home Builders v. Perez, W.D. Okla., No. 17-0009, 7/10/17).
