NYC Construction Foreman Gets Prison for Worker’s Death

A construction foreman was sentenced Dec. 15 to one to three years in prison for his role in the April 2015 death of a worker in a trench collapse at a New York City excavation site (People v. Cueva, N.Y. Sup. Ct., 01971-2015, 12/15/16).

Judge Anthony J.
