Massachusetts Company Appeals OSHA Slings, Cranes Violations

A Massachusetts fabrication shop has asked a federal appeals court to review an administrative law judge’s ruling that it violated standards for slings and cranes after a journeyman pipefitter suffered a serious hand injury (Thomas G. Gallagher, Inc. v. Perez, 1st Cir., No. 16-02268, 10/14/16).
