Maryland OSH Accused of Failing to Protect Workers From Covid-19

Maryland’s Occupational Safety and Health agency faces allegations that it has failed to follow its own policies and procedures for investigating health and safety complaints during the coronavirus pandemic.

The Public Justice Center, a public interest law firm in Baltimore, is leading the charge against the state agency informally known as MOSH.
