FedEx Drivers Are Contractors, Court Rules—Again

FedEx Home Delivery again won an appeals court ruling that its single-route drivers are independent contractors not subject to federal labor law (FedEx Home Delivery v. NLRB, D.C. Cir., 14-1196, 3/3/17).
