Court Cites Company’s Record of Violations,
Upholds Commission Ruling on Fall Safety

A fall-protection citation and $3,500 fine against a south Florida roofing contractor was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, which found that the employer’s challenge to the Labor Department’s case lacked merit (Crowther Roofing & Sheet Metal of Fla. v. Occupational Safety and Health Review Comm’n).
