An ongoing OSHA and Justice Department investigation of Amazon warehouse operations has led to Amazon being cited for failing to track work-related injuries and illnesses.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Friday that it had cited Amazon for 14 violations and proposed fines totaling $29,008.
The warehouses involved were in locations in Deltona, Fla.; Waukegan, Ill.; New Windsor, N.Y.; Aurora, Colo.; Nampa, Idaho; and Castleton, N.Y.
