$2 Million in OSHA Worker Safety Fines Sought Against NJ Builder

Nearly $2 million in federal safety fines have been filed against a New Jersey construction contractor, who already was facing $678,053 in earlier fines.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited business owner Juan Quevedo of Palisades Park, N.J., and the company BB Frame LLC operating as Frame Q LLC.

The new fines and alleged violations stem from five inspections OSHA conducted starting in December and ending in February at building sites in Cliffside Park, N.J., and Palisades Park.
