New Orleans Saints fans dropped their suit against National Football League Commissioner Roger Goodell over a blown call in the playoff game that ended the team’s season.
The voluntary dismissal comes one month after the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana ruled that a would-be class of season ticket holders couldn’t compel Goodell to investigate or overturn the missed penalty.
