NFL’s 49ers Seek Extension on Stadium Fixes in ADA Class Action

The San Francisco 49ers football team would have until October 2023 to complete a $12.2 million renovation project at Levi’s Stadium to comply with a class action settlement of disability claims, under a proposed stipulation filed in the Northern District of California.

The class members agreed to give the team additional time to comply with the court’s July 2020 order to remediate more than 2,600 barriers at the stadium, parking lots and walkways that serve the stadium to bring it into compliance with ADA standards.
