Miller Hit With Deceptive Label Suit Over Foster’s Beer

A New York man says the iconic Australian oil-can Fosters beer isn’t brewed in Australia, mate (Nelson v. Miller Brewing Co., E.D. N.Y., 15-07082, complaint filed 12/11/15).

Miller Brewing Co. deceives beer drinkers into thinking the historically Australian Fosters is still brewed in Australia, when it’s really produced in Texas, Leif Nelson alleges in a Dec. 11 complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
