Los Angeles Flavored-Tobacco Ban Must Go, Reynolds Says

Federal law doesn’t allow Los Angeles to ban menthol and other flavors in tobacco products sold there, three Reynolds American Inc. companies told the Ninth Circuit in a bid to invalidate the ordinance.
