Fisher-Price Faces Wrongful Death, Class Suit Over Baby Sleeper

Fisher-Price Inc. and parent company Mattel Inc. are facing another would-be class suit over the Rock ‘n Play Sleeper, this one by parents of an infant who allegedly died in the product.

The Rock ‘n Play has been blamed for up to 32 infant asphyxiation deaths,

Samantha Drover-Mundy and Zachary Mundy also named retailer in the suit, filed April 18 in the U.S. District court for the Western District of New York.
