Fiat Chrysler Faces Narrowed Suit Over Buggy Infotainment System

FCA US LLC got litigation trimmed down over its allegedly flawed “Uconnect” infotainment system in certain vehicles, when a Michigan federal court barred the owners from representing a nationwide class but allowed most of their statewide claims.

Edward Pistorio and others alleged their 2017-2019 Chrysler Pacifica and Chrysler 300 vehicles had glitches that caused frozen screens, loss of back-up camera and navigation functions, and other problems.
