“Self selected” video footage of an altercation between former New York Knicks player Charles Oakley and Madison Square Garden security personnel submitted to the Southern District of New York by team owner James Dolan isn’t sufficient to dismiss Oakley’s assault and battery claims, the power forward told the court.
Oakley, an All-Star and longtime fan favorite, sued Dolan after Oakley was pulled out of his seat, escorted from Madison Square Garden, and arrested, during a game on Feb. 8, 2017.
