Boeing Lawsuits Multiply Over Fatal 737 Crash

The Boeing Co. is liable in the death of an Indonesian woman aboard a Lion Air 737 jet that crashed into the sea, a new lawsuit alleges.

The complaint filed Nov. 28 in Illinois Circuit Court is the latest in a series of lawsuits claiming the nosedive crash of Flight JT610 was caused by a defective flight control system in the Chicago-based company’s new 737 MAX airliners.
