Amazon Again Sued for Injuries in 3rd Cir., This Time Over Henna

Amazon.com Inc. has been hit with another personal injury suit in the Third Circuit, this time by the parent of a girl allegedly burned after she applied a henna temporary tattoo to her face and arm and then fell asleep.

The third-party vendor that supplied the kit, Fab Cart, can’t be found, Tory Williams alleges in the complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The court sits below the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, which is currently weighing whether Amazon is a “seller” subject to liability for defective products under Pennsylvania...
