WeWork is urging an Illinois federal judge to toss claims it tracked people in its office spaces without consent, arguing that the allegations are vague.
Plaintiff Elliott Osborne didn’t show a violation of the state’s Biometric Information Privacy Act in a Nov. 5 lawsuit, which is also barred by a one-year statute of limitations, WeWork told the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Monday.
