Southern California Toll Road Class Action Deals Get Initial Nod

Three proposed settlements to resolve class claims against several Southern California transportation authorities and their contractors over toll road penalties and sharing of drivers’ personally identifying information have received a federal district court’s preliminary approval.

Judge Otis D. Wright II adopted a special master’s reports and recommendations to tentatively approve the proposed agreements for the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on Monday.
