Six Flags Must Face Revamped Receipt Privacy Claims in Illinois (1)

Six Flags Entertainment Corp. must face revived claims that it printed too many credit card numbers on receipts after an Illinois state appeals court reversed a lower court decision that plaintiffs lacked standing.

Plaintiffs Hugh and Sharon Soto used their payment cards at Six Flags to make food purchases on five occasions, according to court documents. Each time, they got receipts that included the first six digits and last four digits of their payment card numbers.
