Amazon.com Inc.’s Alexa, Apple Inc.’s Siri and Google’s Assistant may pose antitrust concerns, the European Commission said in a new report on smart devices that could trigger future investigations.

EU officials cite feedback from over 200 companies that they say raises potential issues over how voice assistants are gatekeepers to other big tech services, company restrictions on installing a rival voice assistant on a device and the ability to collect a vast amount of data on users.
