Illinois Trampoline Park Escapes Claims Over Fingerprint Scans

Sky Zone Franchise Group LLC evaded claims brought by employees who alleged that the indoor trampoline park scanned their fingerprints without their consent, after a federal judge in Illinois ruled that the facility didn’t actually access the biometric information that its parent company collected.
