Home Depot Inc. got an $800,000 break from the Northern District of Georgia in attorneys’ fees it must pay to financial institutions’ lawyers in a 2014 data breach lawsuit.
The do-it-yourself home improvement chain will pay $14.5 million in attorneys’ fees and $730,000 in litigation costs after U.S. District Judge Thomas Thrash on Thursday cut a prior award.
