Allstate Agent Alleging Rape at Work Must Disclose Name (1)

An Allstate agent who claims she was raped, repeatedly sexually assaulted, and falsely imprisoned by her supervisor and colleague must disclose her real name, the Southern District of New York ruled.

In 2015 Jane Doe began working as an office manager at an Allstate branch in New Rochelle, N.Y., and was promoted to a sales position in 2017, the complaint says. At all times, Juan Gonzales was Doe’s direct superior and Massiel Mora was Doe’s sales colleague.
