Ukraine Lifts Medical Device Price Controls, Updates Drug Rules

Foreign and local producers of medical products should prepare for new Ukraine regulations lifting price control rules for medical devices, mandating electronic prescribing in the country’s subsidized-drug program for poor people, and adopting a national blueprint to deal with antibiotic resistance.
