Purdue Pharma Judge Approves Huge Ad Blitz for Opioid Victims

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Drain in a hearing Friday approves a noticing program for potential Purdue Pharma LP claimants that would reach at least 95% of adults in the U.S. through mailings, television and Internet advertisements.

  • With an estimated cost of $23 million, the campaign is “one of the largest legal notice programs ever deployed,” Jeanne Finegan of Prime Clerk LLC says in a court declaration
