Pfizer Vaccine May Be Offered to Kids 12 and Up By May: Walensky

Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine could be expanded to children as young as 12 years old as soon as May and Moderna’s vaccine could be available by this summer, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky says on an ABC Instagram live.

  • “By May or mid May maybe we’ll be able to have a vaccine from Pfizer that will be able to do down to 12 and Moderna will soon follow because those studies are happening right now,” Walensky says
