Know Your Judge: Leonard Stark Helms Many Life Science Cases

The federal court in Delaware is the nation’s busiest docket for patent litigation, so it’s no surprise Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark has handled thousands of patent cases.

In the last 12 months alone, Stark has written 66 decisions in patent cases, with 28 of those cases involving medical products such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
