Judge May Temporarily Block Tecfidera Rival for Biogen Appeal

A federal judge said in a scheduling order he was inclined to block the launch of Banner’s multiple-sclerosis drug Bafiertam for up to two weeks to allow Biogen time to appeal his ruling that the new drug doesn’t infringe a patent for its own bestselling MS treatment, Tecfidera.
