J&J Staple Patent Invalid, PTAB Process OK, Full Fed. Cir. Says

Johnson & Johnson lost another round in its effort to reverse the patent board’s invalidation of its surgical staple patent after the full Federal Circuit June 22 declined to rehear a panel decision (Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. v. Covidien LP, 2016 BL 199236, Fed. Cir., 2014-1771, 6/22/16).
