Covid-19’s Impact on Children Focus of NIH Research Program (1)

Researchers could unlock the mystery of why some children face greater risk of infection from the coronavirus that causes Covid-19 under a new program by the National Institutes of Health.

The research program, announced Tuesday, cuts across multiple institutes to study the long- and short-term impacts of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in children.
