Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts Inc. received preliminary federal court approval Wednesday for a class settlement in which it agreed to pay between $5,000 and $88,875 to individual families seeking coverage for their children’s mental health services.
The deal allows more than 200 class members to file claims for either $5,000 or, if they submit the required documentation, up to $88,875 in reimbursement for residential mental health treatments.
