SportTechie Co-Founder’s Claims Over Ouster Proceed (Corrected)

The co-founder of SportTechie Inc. can pursue some of his claims alleging the athletics media company and other top officials conspired to remove him and eliminate his 44.5% interest in the company, the Delaware Court of Chancery held.

SportTechie’s co-founder and former chief operating officer Simon Ogus alleges a conspiracy to transfer control of the company to Oak View Group LLC, a private equity and venture fund that’s also named as a defendant in the action. The lawsuit included claims for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting, civil conspiracy, and breach of contract.
