The company has secured the dominance of subsidiary Comdata Network Inc. by preventing its point-of-sale systems from processing fleet cards issued by competitors and by refusing to license rival payment systems to process Comdata’s cards, according to the May 5 complaint. The suit was filed in Alabama federal court by a rival payment company and a truck stop.
