Facebook Accused of ‘Scorched Earth’ Campaign Against Marketers

Facebook Inc. and Instagram LLC were hit with a Northern District of California lawsuit accusing them of overreacting to scandals and investigations by “purging” marketers “without any rhyme or reason.”

“By cavalierly using their global market dominance to anoint market winners and losers, defendants have engaged in anti-competitive behavior and have become unchecked and ungoverned,” the suit says.
