Musk Says Twitter Exploiting Court Rules to Hide His Case (1)

Elon Musk’s legal team accused Twitter Inc.of exploiting and distorting court rules to keep the billionaire’s arguments in their dispute from public view.

In a letter Wednesday to the judge overseeing the case, Musk’s lawyers said the social media company had demanded more time to review supposedly confidential material as part of a “larger effort to wage a media campaign” and use court confidentiality rules “as a sword and a shield to keep defendants’ side of the story concealed.”
