Holcim Lines Up Several Potential Buyers for Russia Business

Holcim Ltd. is in talks with more than a dozen potential buyers for its three Russian cement factories as the Swiss industrials giant prepares a complete exit from the country.

Holcim is currently doing thorough due diligence with interested parties, Chief Executive Officer Jan Jenisch said Monday.

“We have more than 15 inquiries for our Russian business,” he said on a call with reporters. “We do not expect to have to write it off completely as the businesses have value.”
