A private Wisconsin hospital has no obligation to administer Ivermectin to a Covid-19 patient where the treatment, in the hospital’s professional medical judgment, falls below the standard of care, a state appeals court said.
Aurora Health Care Inc. can’t be compelled to credential a medical provider to administer the treatment, a split Wisconsin Court of Appeals also said.
