UMass Students Appeal Decision Upholding Covid Vaccine Mandate

Two University of Massachusetts students are taking their case over mandatory Covid-19 vaccines to a federal appeals court after a trial court refused to bar the school from enforcing the requirement.

Hunter Harris and Cora Cluett filed a notified the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts that they are appealing their case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
