Oregon Vaccine Mandate Survives Legal Test, Nazi Comparisons

Oregon’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate for educational and health-care workers survived a legal test when a federal judge declined to issue a court order blocking the mandate from taking effect while a legal challenge makes its way through the courts.

The plaintiffs, dozens of educators and health industry workers, argued that because they’re being coerced into taking “experimental” medication, the vaccine mandate violates norms of international law recognized in the Nuremberg Code.
