Kraft Heinz Foods Co. subjects Black employees at its Tulare, Calif., dairy plant to racist death threats and other egregious harassment and discrimination, three former employees allege in a federal lawsuit filed Thursday.
The threats were made in notes left in Black workers’ lockers and swastikas were also drawn on multiple Black employees’ lockers, Alex Horn, Lance Aytman, and Keith Hooker say. The men included photographs of the notes and carvings in the complaint.
