Judge Blocks Governor’s Order Prohibiting School Mask Mandates

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee’s (R) executive order blocking school districts from enforcing mask mandates has been halted by a federal judge, who found it severely limits the accommodations districts can offer students who are at high risk for contracting Covid-19 due to their disabilities.
